Special Events

Each semester Oxford offers special visit events for prospective students to get a more complete visit to campus. The dates and descriptions are listed below. 

Fall 2009 Events:

Open Houses
Open Houses are designed to provide a "day in life of an Oxford student" experience for our prospective students. The program will include faculty and student discussion panels, the opportunity to sit in on a mock class, a campus tour, and lunch in the Dining Hall.

Audience:  Prospective Junions, Seniors, and their Parents

Afternoon at Oxford
Afternoon at Oxford events are designed to highlight the academic and campus life opportunities at Oxford. The day will include an admission & financial aid presentation, a faculty and student discussion panel, and tour of campus.

Audience: Prospective Juniors, Seniors, and their Parents

Visitation Day
Visitation Day is designed to give prospective students a more in depth look into the various academic and campus life opportunities at Oxford. Prospective students and their families will be given the opportunity to meet with admission and financial aid staff, sit in on a discussion panel with current students, speak one on one with faculty during the Academic Fair, eat in the Oxford Dining Hall, and tour the campus.

Audience: Prospective Juniors, Seniors, and their Parents
