Oxford College Financial Services will reimburse faculty, staff, and students (with approved signer only) for small dollar amounts up to $75.00 per transaction, up to a maximum of $225.00 per day.
To be reimbursed:
- The individual must complete a Small Dollar Reimbursement Form.
- The signed, completed form and original receipts should be submitted to the Financial Services cashier window in Seney Hall during cashiering hours (1PM - 4PM , Mon-Fri).
- The Financial Services cashier will verify completion of the form and issue the reimbursement.
