Students needing special accommodations will need to complete the registration process for this purpose that is administered by the Office of Access, Disability Services, and Resources (ADSR). Oxford housing staff members do not evaluate medical documentation or make any determination with regard to needed accommodations.
Once a student completes the ADSR registration process, confirmation of any specific accommodations is communicated directly to our office on your behalf. You will be contacted by a RES staff person to discuss our ability to meet your particular need once this confirmation has been received. Please understand that our ability to accommodate your housing need is dependent upon space availability once the registration process has been completed.
We are most able to accommodate specific housing accommodations before a particular academic year begins BEFORE room assignments have been finalized and communicated to students.
