Paired with a non-profit client, Gabby “provides insights as to how to maximize their operations using accounting knowledge and business acumen.” Along with this project, she will also work on case studies to deepen her understanding of auditing practices before assisting higher stakes clients next summer.

As a Creative Production Services Management intern, Kayleena is involved in project management for "behind-the-scenes" design, production, tracking, and delivery of assets for Warner Bros. TV and film. Kayleena works collaboratively with other departments to get titles like Superman or Harry Potter to audiences around the world.

Olivia Yerovi 26Ox
As a research assistant at the DNA Lab at NYU, Olivia and her team are working to “create a DNA-based quantum computer.” The lab is part of the Canary Group at NYU and its focus is on DNA nanotechnology supervised by Dr. Yoel Ohayon. Though she cannot go too specifically into her role, Olivia helps “prepare samples and run them through tests such as gel electrophoresis and fluorometer spectra.”

Ethan Miller 26Ox
At the Emory Lab of Biochemical Pharmacology, Ethan is working on small molecule synthesis. In small molecule synthesis, Ethan and his team are synthesizing small molecules that have potential as drugs, which is heavy on problem-solving. Currently, Ethan is synthesizing a starting material for Zahira Tber, the chemist he is working with, who will then use this starting material and attempt to modify it in new ways to form new analogues of the molecule.

Lily is interning and shadowing at Northside Family Medicine and Weightloss, a small clinic in Cumming, Georgia. In this role, Lily has a variety of responsibilities, including answering calls and booking appointments, to more medically-related work, such as taking patient vitals and completing urine analysis.

As a Marketing Intern, Fiona assists the overarching Marketing and Communications department at Oxford in various tasks, including creating graphics, interviewing alumni, writing articles, and more. In this role, Fiona has the opportunity to learn more about higher education marketing, especially professional marketing guidelines such as branding. As a Program Assistant assistant for the Student Activities Office at Harvard Summer School, Fiona helps coordinate and plan campus events and exciting excursions outside of Harvard for a wide variety of students. Specifically, she coordinates trips, negotiates community service opportunities, and plans health and wellness events.
