Leadership

Oxford College is led by noted academic leader, teacher, and author Douglas A. Hicks, whose work is supported by outstanding senior administrators, student government leaders, and dedicated alumni.

We’re part of the only research university in America that has a set-apart campus that operates like a residential liberal-arts college—Oxford students enjoy the small-college experience alongside the academic resources of a major university.

Oxford Leadership

Senior Leadership

Oxford College Dean Douglas Hicks is assisted in his administration by deans and associate deans who oversee academic affairs, enrollment services, campus life, operations, finance, resource planning, advancement and alumni engagement, faculty development, and information technology.

Oxford Board of Counselors

The Board of Counselors gives advice on issues of high priority to the college, addressing them in ways beneficial to the dean, his administration, and the entire college community.

Student Government

Oxford empowers its students to be leaders. SGA officers are elected by their peers and given the mission of addressing student concerns and serving as liaisons to college administration.
