Leadership
Oxford College is led by noted academic leader, teacher, and author Douglas A. Hicks, whose work is supported by outstanding senior administrators, student government leaders, and dedicated alumni.
We’re part of the only research university in America that has a set-apart campus that operates like a residential liberal-arts college—Oxford students enjoy the small-college experience alongside the academic resources of a major university.
Oxford College Strategic Plan
The Oxford College 2020 strategic plan outlines the steps the college is taking, with the help of its dedicated alumni, to harness its strengths in academics, teaching, and leadership training for first- and second-year students.

Oxford Board of Counselors
The Board of Counselors gives advice on issues of high priority to the college, addressing them in ways beneficial to the dean, his administration, and the entire college community.

Oxford empowers its students to be leaders. SGA officers are elected by their peers and given the mission of addressing student concerns and serving as liaisons to college administration.
